Payment plans

• EvenPay— About 50% of our customers choose this option because it guarantees predictable bills and can cut your winter payments in half. Depending on when you enroll, we even out your payments for as many as 11 months. Contact us to request enrollment in EvenPay.
• AutoPay— For maximum convenience, many EvenPay customers also choose AutoPay, which lets you pay your bill automatically from your bank account or via credit card. Customers really love it because it saves time, saves money on stamps and eliminates paperwork. Combined with paperless billing, you’ll really enjoy the reduced paper clutter and the convenience of having all your statements and payment records in one secure digital space.

Pricing Plans

We have multiple pricing options, so you have a choice about what you think works best for your situation.

• Daily Market Rate: Pay the going rate for heating oil on the day we deliver. There are no fees or restrictions.
• Capped Price: Westmore’s Capped Oil Price contract gives you the security of knowing that your oil price will never go higher than your cap price. However, should Westmore’s daily market price fall below your cap, you’ll enjoy the benefit of the lower price. There is an up-front per gallon fee required to enter a Capped Oil Price contract.
• Fixed Price: The Fixed Oil Price contract is for anyone who wants the security of locking in a set price. With a Fixed Price contract, you will never pay more than your set rate for your fuel. If prices fall, you will still pay your fixed price—even if it’s higher than Westmore’s daily market price. There is an up-front flat fee required to enter a Fixed Oil Price contract.

Please note: While the Clean Heating Fuel Credit was first authorized in 2006 and extended several times since then, it is now scheduled to expire on Dec. 31, 2025. Unless something changes, this means 2025 is the last year you can claim the fuel credit on your New York State tax return.
